“Rob Blackwell had an amazing year of service as an Alpha man to communities around the DMV. He committed his time, treasure, and talent to numerous causes on behalf of the Brothers of the Xi Alpha Lambda chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha. He truly deserved to be named our 2021-2022 Alpha Man of the Year,” said Chapter President, Dr. Jason Calhoun.
Leadership is the trait of an individual having the charisma to entice followers and authority to relieve their members. The definition may seem simple and direct, but the practice is indeed subjective since individuals with these traits are rather hard to come by and can be distinguished through multiple means like one's history or track record. It's good to know that we have leaders such as Mr. Blackwell amongst us to do just that.
